Returns
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt of an item(s). To qualify for our returns policy, item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Any item(s) that cannot be re-sold due to defects, damage, stains, etc., are not eligible for refund or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If an order was shipped incorrectly due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs.
Upon receipt of the return and our inspection confirming the item(s) can be re-sold, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are issued within seven business days of us receiving the return. If you opt to exchange an item for something else, we will send the replacement item once we receive and process the return. Requests for cancellation or refund due to buyer's remorse or change of mind will not be considered. All sales are final.
