Shipping

We aim to ship all orders within 3-5 business days after payment is received and approved. Actual transit times will vary based on order location and the carrier used for the shipment. Expedited and international shipping options are available at an additional cost.

We do not ship to PO boxes except for U.S military addresses. Residential delivery is required for all orders. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid, physical shipping address including apartment/unit number if applicable.

Addapt is not liable for any delays due to carrier errors such as incorrect address at fault, customs delays, or other shipping issues outside of our control once the package is tendered to the carrier. For updates on order status, please contact our support team.

We do not currently ship internationally.
